Martin is an Executive Coach and Psychotherapist who works with CEOs, C-Suite Executives, Senior Leaders and Investment Professionals.  Martin works with leaders during critical moments of their career, drawing on many years of personal leadership experience and extensive formal development in the fields of coaching, leadership development and depth psychology.  With board level experience and with over 20 years of leadership assessment, development and coaching experience, he has worked with clients from multiple industries and with financial institutions of every size, scale and development stage.  He has worked with clients globally, coaching and assessing leaders from Europe, US, Asia and Africa.

 

Martin is known for creating strong rapport and trust with clients, enabling honesty, deep reflection and an environment of experimentation.  His combination of leadership experience and psychological training provides clients with the perspective and frameworks to quickly make meaning of their current situation, what needs to emerge or change, and what may be holding them back from achieving their goals.  He works with clients at two levels: engaging with coaching needs at a practical, solutions level; and working psychologically to address long standing patterns of thinking that underpin the coaching needs. The outcome is improvement and change that stands the test of time.
